Returns accepted and refunds provided only on units deemed defective by Espresso 4 Home, LLC and reported within first 5 days of customer receipt. Non-defective, satisfactory returns subject to a 20% restocking fee for return requests within first 5 days from end user delivery date. Refunds can take up to 30 days from our receipt of return to process.). All returns must be in UNUSED condition, properly packed with all original packaging, and without damage/scratches. In order to comply with the return policy, Espresso 4 Home and My Espresso Shop recommend inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you should immediately make note of it when signing for your delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged (or appear to be damaged), please send photos to Returns@MyEspressoShop.com and we will work directly with you to ensure a claim is filed and that you receive your replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Any item(s) eligible to be refunded will only be refunded on the original credit card used to purchase.
