    • Strong build: Light alloy housing, asynchronous motor with thermal cut-out and polycarbonate hopper. Made with the finest, most reliable materials; product guaranteed for 3 years and doser spring guaranteed for life!
    • Stepless grinding adjustment: There are an infinite number of settings for grind fineness / coarseness as there are no preset settings found. This allows you to fine tune the perfect grind for your espresso machine.
    • Steady lock grinder: This system ensures the distance between the burrs, as set by your chosen grind finess, will be consistent no matter what.
    • Flat burrs: 64 mm in size. Large diameter burrs, combined with a low 300 watt motor, helps reduce the heat build up which can affect your coffee grinds. Made of hardened steel which are long lasting.
    • Bean hopper: Easy to install and remove.
      • Bean stopper: Located near the bottom of the bean hopper. Useful if you are switching from one blend to another. You can push in the stopper, grind & dose out the remaining beans, pour out the rest of the beans in the doser and pour in new beans. If you have multiple hoppers, you can push in the stopper, grind & dose out the remaining beans, and then swap the hoppers.
    • Ground coffee doser: Collects the ground coffee and can be dosed for immediate or later use.
      • Precision dose: The ground coffee will always fall in the right place in the middle of the portafilter.
      • Dosing adjustment: Located in the center of the doser. Turning it clockwise decreases the amount of coffee dosed. Turning it counter clockwise increases the amount of coffee dosed. In order to change this setting, you will have to unscrew the fingerguard.
      • Fingerguard: Protects your fingers from "accidentally" entering the coffee chute.
    • Grinds catch tray: Hooks onto the bottom of the grinder. Helps keep your counter nice and clean.

Our warranty period begins at the free on board shipping point, which means that the buyer takes ownership once the product leaves our shipping location.

      Order Confirmation:

      Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Order Shipment:

      If your product is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship within two-three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at Info@MyEspressoShop.com. Most shipping is sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and the product will arrive 3-5 days after leaving the distribution warehouse. For commercial or larger products, some shipping will be placed via freight. In those cases, shipping times will be longer than our standard 3-5 days.
