This versatile machine gives you the option of plumbing directly into your home’s water supply to eliminate the time spent on filling the machine each day. With the flip of a switch you can choose to use the large internal water tank instead. Gleaming stainless steel encases its robust features. The coveted E61 brew head keeps a steady stream of hot water flowing from the boiler for consistently hot shots. A 3-way valve to removes excess moisture from brew head to give you a dry puck for easy disposal.
Both single and double portafilters and baskets are included for double shots and uninterrupted drink making. The insulated heavy-duty copper boiler and quiet pump will serve you for a lifetime of delicious discovery.
Rocket Espresso’s patented cool-touch technology ensures that the steam wand is safe to use (only the nozzle gets hot). The heavy-duty wand has a two-hole tip and is engaged with a large ergonomic control knob at the top of the wand. Below the steam wand is the steam pressure gauge – the machine is at steaming pressure when the gauge measures around 1 bar. Use the steam knob to foam and steam milk, soy milk, or half and half for a cappuccino, latte, café breve, or latte macchiato.
The hot water nozzle is located to the right of the brew group and features another large ergonomic control knob like the steam wand. You can dispense hot water for tea, a café Americano, instant soup or hot chocolate, drink mixes, or hot cider.
